Savannah's are registered domestic cats of a heritage derived from careful
hybridization of select domestic cats and the small African Serval Cat.
We do not breed Servals or other Restricted felines..
Just their Domestic line... Savannah Cats.
The African Serval is Exotic Elegance. A native wild cat of the Savannah's of Africa.
Wheat yellow color, spots of a Cheetah and face of an Exotic Fox . This very Exotic Cat is
simply incredible. The African Serval shares many characteristics of a canine.   These
facts making the hybrid TICA Registered Savannah feline a highly unusual cat.

Savannah Cats

The African Serval has the personality of a canine. The Serval cats feed on rodents,
fowl and frogs in their natural habitat, not large game. They accept human companionship
readily when raised from a cub.....
Thus they are not a dangerous animal when bred with human companionship and care.
When bred to a domestic spotted house cat such as the Egyptian Mau or Other various
felines permitted by the TICA the result is a domestic feline with an exotic look, slightly
larger than the average feline with a regal confidence in themselves which lends to their
predictable personality the ability to feel at ease with their humans and other companion
animals........

Savannah's are devoted, loving and oh so playful....... Canine in nature.... The appearance
of cheetah cub in colors of smoke, golden,yellow,brown, silver and grey.
With Serval patterned markings giving them the look of the Wild Cat....

Qualities hard to imagine if you do not see them for yourself are:
Intellect unsurpassed in domestic felines (perfect cross between canine and feline in one animal.   A
thought process neither individual animal seems to possess alone)
Examples of non feline traits:
They fetch by nature as they do not want the game to end, can learn to walk on a leash, open doors,
cabinets and containers.
Know their own names, the names of their toys and people in their people pack.
They are highly bonded to their own pack (your family and also the animals in the family.)
They are highly motivated to try and please you when you praise them.
Saying good boy or good girl could produce a game of fetch that may last all night or until you hide the toy.

They enjoy water, and will play in it if available or simply jump in the bath with you or the sink while your
washing dishes.
